Bob Wade resides and was born in Austin, Texas in 1943. He received a BFA from the University of Texas Austin and an M.A. from the University of California Berkeley. Mr. Wade is the recipient of three NEA grants and has been included in Biennials in Paris, France; New Orleans, LA; and, the Whitney Museum of Art, New York, NY. Collections include Chase Manhattan Bank, AT&T, the Menil Collection, Houston and the Austin Museum Of Art. Wade has produced three books and his work is included in "Oil Patch Dreams: Images of the Petroleum Industry in American Art."
